At We Can It, most of our team is Venezuelan. We have parents, siblings, cousins, and childhood friends in the cities and towns affected. When the news broke, the office went quiet. There are no words for that kind of helplessness when the people you love are far away and hurting, and all you can do is watch from a screen.

So we stopped watching. And we started doing the one thing we know how to do.
